Starting this one on Wednesday but need to be accountable. This should be simple for me but have gotten away from it. So my goals this week are to ....
1. listen to my subliminal weight loss tapes at least an hour a day while at work or home
2. Watch my self-hypnosis weight loss video at least 4 times this week.
Mon: 2/2 - nothing - started the goal on 2/4.
Tues: 2/3 -
Wed: 2/4 -
Thurs: 2/5 -
Fri: 2/6 -
Sat: 2/7 -
Sun: 2/8 -
RESULTS: Almost made it. Did 6/7 goal one and 3/4 goal two. I'll try to do better next week.
