I get to start this week. Although, technically it is my first recorded week for this thread. I have always liked the idea of changing just one or two things every week (carrying them over to the subsequent weeks of course). These add up in a hurry. I have suffered from all-or-nothing syndrome many times in the past. Controlling the amount of changes I allow myself to make takes a lot of pressure off. My two changes for my first week are...
1. Drink that water!
2. Add weights to my treadmill routine (dumbbells for upper body)
