Happy 4th Week of December, Challengers!
I hope it's okay that I started this! This challenge is SO important to me... especially for the next couple of weeks.
1. At least 5 fruits & veggies.
2. At least 3 liters of water.
3. Exercise.
4. Fiber between 20-35 grams/day.
This is the challenge I have given to myself for the entire holiday season. Even if I go over in fat grams (which I plan to do on certain days of the holidays), if I can do the rest, I will be happy. I want to enjoy the good foods out there, but I want to also treat my body the way it needs to be treated. These are the things I need to be healthy and feel great!
I will not compromise! This is the promise I am making to myself!
Fruits & Veggies:
Monday - 3.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 6.5
Tuesday - 2.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 5.5
Wednesday - 3.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 6.5
Thursday - 4.5 veggies + 2 fruits = 6.5
Friday - 2.5 veggies + 4 fruits = 6.5
Saturday - 3 veggies + 3 fruits = 6
Sunday - 2.5 veggies + 3 fruits = 5.5
Exercise:
Monday - 8 km walk, crunches
Tuesday - 7 km walk
Wednesday - 8.5 km walk, crunches
Thursday - 2.5 km walk, 6.5 km walk
Friday - 7.5 km walk
Saturday - 8.5 km walk, crunches
Sunday - 8.5 km walk
