Adding on to my other 5 weeks I will say no alcohol Monday thru Friday. (I love my wine with dinner but really need to cut back so it will be a weekend thing)
1. 2-3 liters of water
2. At least 30 mins per day of aerobic activity, 3 days of stretching type, and 3 days of weights
3. Get in all 5 F&V's
4. Get in 2 milks
5. No alcohol Mon-Fri
6. 3 nights of no carb meals (icky carb meals)
Monday: pretty yucky if you ask me!
