I think it's important to take a look at our progress as we hit the mid point mark in our challenge.
I'm personally feeling very motivated by the challenge. There has been more than one occassion since we started that I did not want to take the time for myself and go out for a walk or exercise but I did it because of the challenge. Always so pleased with myself and feeling wonderful for doing so afterwards!
I've also gone back to trying new things and learning to take time and thought to prepare and enjoy my meals instead of falling back on the old favs and eating just because i'm famished. Ommitting the red light foods has been a good 'moderation' reminder for me. It also has a way of empowering you when you're not feeling as strong.
Each day is a new start and with each new start I feel more and more like the new old new me.
That's to say that I feel like I did when I was at the top of my weight loss game. This is a good thing and I like it so I hope you guys will come along with me as we continue!
