Group & Personal Challenge: I'll continue to check on my eating before bedtime. No eating later than 2 hours (usually 7:30 pm) before bedtime (usually 9:30 pm ... I'm up at 4:30 am every morning).
Now that my running race season is over with the completion of my last 5K this past weekend, I'm going to take it easy with my cardio portions of my fitness routine so that it's just fun to be moving. No cardio interval blasts at least for this week
Since this is a "celebration" week, I'll come up with a list of about 5 fitness "gratitudes" each day... a list to just remind myself about what I can do today, that I could not do, or probably would not be doing now, if I had not lost my weight 5 years ago.
