I had a busy weekend at home. Playing with kids, cleaning up their mess
. I like watching American series on tv... please tell me your houses aren't that clean either with kids running around... Or do you have e secret keeping them so tidy as on TV????
Eatingwise it went well. No exercise tho, fell off the stairs and got my foot twisted under me. Nothing serious (it seems), but it hurt Saturday and Sunday. Going to the gym today, will try an easy run tomorrow.
My running club will start training for a half marathon, we did one in May (2hours25minutes). I preferred to do some training for getting faster, but hey, getting some kilometres in, is good too
Kim: about Matt Roberts, my hubby bought the book, it has realistic programs in it, from burning fat over a marathon training, even prenatal and postnatal exercices, weight training.... Thought the guy was quite famous, he's Madonna's personal trainer (I read in an article after we bought the book).
