Here is my goals for this week. I am hoping for another reward in the means of weight loss again.
1. KEEP my journal EVERYDAY!!!!!!!
2. Stay within my points EVERYDAY
3. Exercise @ least 20-30 minutes EVERYDAY!!!!
4. Come Here to gg page EVERYDAY for my motiviation and stay for my meeting this coming weigh in !!!!!!!
