Here is to another week on Goals
3/18-3/24
I plan on meeting everyone of my Goals this week.. And my reward will be hopefully andother weight loss PLUS A new CD
1. JOURNAL EVERYDAY... (even if I go over in points 1 day)
2. DRINK @ LEAST 64 OZS. OF WATER EVERYDAY
3. EXERCISE @ LEAST 15-25 MINUTES @ LEAST 5 DAYS THIS WEEK
4. COME TO THIS FORUM EVERDAY AND POST MY JOURNAL & EXERCISE
If I can maintain these goals I should get my rewards I have coming to me. Hopefully I will have another weight loss
