Hello,
I am on my new lifestyle change, eating less of the bad more of the good and being more active. I am also using fitday.com to help see my progress and document my eating. I was just wondering is watching calories better than watching fat or vice-versa? There are some good fats so I worry that by cutting fat I may not be getting the good and this may affect the way I burn fat.
I have lost 33lbs since I started this change and I am now in my 9th week. Is there a certain amount of calories I should limit myself to for the weight I am at currently. I am 240 lbs and would like to lose another 90 to get in a healthy weight range.
Thanks for any and all advice!
Toni
