Hello! I am a 22 year old new mother. My DD is 6 and a half months old! Right now, I am about 40lbs heavier than I was pre-pregnancy, and its REALLY bothering me. I just recently quit breastfeeding, and have just started dieting and exercising more. My mother met a lot of great people on these forums around 6 years ago, and I thought I would swing by and see if I could find some support.
BTW, does anyone have some good pointers for a new mother to loose that post-baby belly?
