Good morning folks
Cheryl, maybe there is something you can do to move a little more since you don't have better choices around you? It has to be a balance, right? We're always going to face these kinds of "obstacles"... so, what are your options? If your caloric intake has to be higher, you simply need to move more. Is there somewhere you could walk? Maybe a pool? Do some curls with some cans of green beans.
Just ...something.
My greatest obstacle is the amount of time I am forced to spend in front of this computer. Even if my diet is 'good', I just can't sit all day. I know myself well enough to know i'm just not getting up at 5am to exercise (
). I also know that I can't depend on getting home at a reasonable hour at night to get it done. Ok, so what do I do? This isn't my first rodeo.
For now, (at least until I make my millions and don't have to work so hard
) ....I find a way to move whilst I work. (I'm actually kind of surprised more items are not patented for this purpose.) So on that note, and in the spirit of following my own advice, we're looking for a flat screen to get on the wall of the office here in front of my treadmill right now so that I can get off this dang chair! Ooo I feel it!
