=17pxGood morning everyone, hope you don't mind me starting the thread. Have been away for a few days visiting my son in DC. Had a great visit got a lot of walking in but also a lot of eating. Today is a new day and a clean slate. Plan on getting my 10,000 steps in and tracking my food. I do ww and have lost 52 pounds in the last 2 and a half years. It has been slow and a struggle everyday to do what I know I need to do to be healthy. What choice do I have, I want to feel good and stop the up and down of unhealthy habits. Having trouble with the print size so will end here. I sent a message to both Karrie and Boston. Karrie is still having trouble getting in no word from Boston. Hope you all have a great day
