Hi girls, hope your all's week is ending well. Its cold here and its hard to believe this month is already half over. My goal today for eating is just to try to do some better than I have been. I have been doing badly so long and today I want to see if I can just eat more normally. I am not saying I will only eat healthy foods but at least try to eat a more normal portion of foods. I hate this feeling of being so out of control with eating and my life. It depresses me so that makes me want to hide and eat some more and so the cycle continues. I feel so bad in my body and in my mind.
