salad with, romaine, spinach, broccoli, carrots, radish, olives, grape tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, avocado, 1 oz. feta cheese, vinegarette dressing
snack:
2 homemade cookies
6 oz. milk
Dinner;
1 cup rice
1 cup pinto beans
pico de gallo
1 oz. feta cheese
coffee w/milk and sugar
