Cheryl, the brown rice noodles were good but be careful not to over cook them, it calls for 7-10 minutes, don't let it go over that or they get soggy! I did some research on brown rice noodles vs. whole wheat and in my findings I will be sticking to the whole wheat because it has more fiber, the brown rice noodles are made with no gluten so it is better for people with allergies to gluten, for me I want the most fiber out of meal I can get
Way to go on being more active, its amazing what we can get done when we decide on more activity in our lives! 
Hi Boston, I hear ya on the hunger, especially the later I stay up, sometimes I have to go to bed to sleep it off!
Breakfast:
oatmeal w/1 tbs flax, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1% milk, 2tsp raw sugar
2 cups coffee w/1% milk and splenda
EXERCISE:
40 minutes on treadmill: 397 cal burned ... 2.11 miles
Lunch:
salad w/salad greens, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, 3 lg. olives, cucumber, 1/2 cup brown rice, dressing to lightly coat
Dinner:
2 tostada's: 2 shells, beans, pico de gallo, green salsa, sour cream, 1/2 oz. cheese
3/4 cup mexican rice
2 cups coffee
1 apple
