Hey everyone,
Goals are obvious: beat this Fooddevil, exercise and eat within Pointrange. Most important, feel good again about myself and putting healhty food into my body sure does the trick.
I will still indulge, but eat as much as possible "whole foods", and will try to use less and less sugar (I am not a big Stevia fan either).
The days I struggle with bingeing, I will try the technique "ride the wave" and won't give in easily. The days I beat the devil, will be marked as

I won't focus too much on weight, just trying to get my thinking and eating in a healhty, happy place again
