I honestly did not feel like eating this morning so I had...
1 med banana
2 cups coffee w/1% milk
Lunch:
split a sandwich with Pat...
1 ww bread, 1/2 slice xlean ham, 1/2 slice turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, spinach, 2 big olives <--*mufa* a little mayo, mustard, pepper
2 more big olives, 1 small cucumber, 1/2 cup raw broccoli

1/2 of cookie that sara baked
1/2 cup pistacio's
dinner:
spaghetti w/brown rice noodles, salad, parmesan cheese
iced tea
