I am thinking about challenging myself when I saw this quote:
"It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks. Don’t QUIT!”
I'm challenging myself in the daily challenge thread I think, starting today... This challenge will run through my holidays but this is a lifestyle, so even on holiday it possible to stay healthy...
I will focuss on my exercise program (half marathon Sep 30th), eating within WW Propoints range and trying to keep "the Devil" under control.
