BF: oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts, banana
L: 2 slices ww toast, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, Green Mint tea
Snack: lemon yogurt, 1/2 c fresh blueberries, 1/3 c granola
D: baked cod, baked potato slices, baked asparagus; Green Mint tea
Snack: chocolate pudding cup
