Cheryl, I've been craving asparagus, I should have got some today darn it! I'll try to do it the way you did!
breakfast:
oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tsp cinnmon, 2 tsp sugar in the raw, 1% milk
2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda
Lunch:
leftover dinner, Thai peanut chicken, cabbage stir fry, 1/2 cup brown rice
Iced tea
Dinner:
a huge salad with lots of fresh veggies, I love it! 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, Dressing to lightly coat
