Hey ladies,
Cheryl: congratulations on your beautiful granddaughter. She is such adorable, and what eyes she have! I hope you will see het very soon, and can hold en hug her! How are the new mummy and daddy doing?
Julie: I hope that Sarah feels better very soon. I had to laugh though, with your chipmunk comparison. Patrick is doing well it seems, is he still hurting much?
Hi again, the drop-out is here again J. The usual excuses: busy, busy. An audit at work, I have to study for an exam. I also made the planning for my marathon-training… Drumroll… May 13th 2012, if training goes well I will be at the start of the Maasmarathon, if I’ll make it to the finish… that’s the big question….I’m training with a colleague-marathoner. We are going for a time of 5 hours. I will give it my best, I really look forward to this challenge! So these next months will be a lot about my running adventures and my fight to control my eating (again). I’ve been doing good to reach my mini-goal and then I let is slack again… I couldn’t make it to WW for two weeks and I my eating went down the drain…
I hope this marathonplan will also make it easier to focus on the right food…Strange enough I love all those healthy foods, I will choose a nice salad over a hamburger anyday… It’s just those binge urges sometimes…
Oh well, New month new beginnings, right?
Hugs everyone,
Kath
