It's a wet morning here. I walked out the door to go for my walk and it's still raining so I guess I'll walk after work.
BF: oatmeal, FF lemon yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts; Suisse Mocha coffee
L: Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion; sauteed potato chunks and onion; diet cola - not the best choice of the week
D: oatmeal, FF lemon yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts; pineapple;
Snack: 2 slices whole what toast, Red Chili pepper Jack cheese slice, tomato; 90 cal choc pudding
Snack: baby carrots
