I was running late this morning but I'm here now. Unfortunately I was running so late that I didn't walk but I did golf this afternoon.
BF: 2/3 c Raisin Bran with skim milk; banana; water
Snack: 15 grapes
L: (went out for lunch with my boss and a consultant) - Cream of Celery soup (small bowl) with a Chicken Gyro - I've never had a Gyro before. It seemed to be a flour wrap with chicken, tomato, lettuce, onion, and a yogurt? sauce.
EXERCISE: golf (Played with a friend in the high school year end wrap up.)
D: I had a Pink Lemonade Bacardi cooler while playing golf. Small serving of Lasagna with 1 slice garlic toast (regular slice of bread made into garlic toast), coffee.
Snack: 90 cal choc pudding cup
