Good morning everyone,
It's overcast and a little foggy here this morning but at least it's not raining.
BF: oatmeal, FF lemon yogurt, cinnamon, walnuts; banana; water
The food today was not good for weight loss.
L & D (at my sister's): potato salad, jellied salad, pasta salad, Caesar salad, spareribs with sauce, home made roll with margarine; pink lemonade type drink; cake with ice-cream (this was what we had for both meals)
Snack: grapes & mixed nuts; tea
My challenge is to go to bed without eating anything else.
