L: 2 slices whole wheat toast, 1 tsp butter, sardines; fresh veggie plate (sugar snap peas, baby carrots, celery, orange bell pepper, grape tomatoes) with Balsamic vinaigrette; Green Mint Tea
Snack: 1.5 c FF lemon yogurt, 1/3 c granola, cinnamon; Green Mint Tea
