From the deep freeze to +2C, rain and wind that caused a slick sheet of ice to cover everything. Highways closed, buses not running, but schools are open so off I go to work. I have a hair appt after work for highlighting and a trim. Wish me luck!
BF: oatmeal, 1 c FF lemon yogurt, cinnamon; 1/8 c mixed nuts/seeds/raisons; banana
L: home made Hot & Sour soup; 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 tsp butter, 2.5 oz steak, horseradish mustard; baby carrots and sugar snap peas; coffee
Snack: 2 WASA multigrain crackers with Herbed Goat Cheese- I'm going to be at the hairdressers for a while
