I think it's getting warmer out there. At least the wind seems to have died down. Long day ahead of me but I have my soup ready to go.
Hi Boston, You're so right about not eating for long stretches. If I let myself get hungry it weakens my resolve so much and lowers my resistance to the temptation of anything fast. Plus there's the "emotional hunger" aspect of a day like yours. Good job for stopping as soon as you felt full.
BF: oatmeal, 1 c FF lemon yogurt, cinnamon; 1/8 c mixed nuts/seeds/raisons; Green Mint Tea

L: Foiled! We went out for lunch to Boston Pizza. I ordered from the Delicious Alternatives (Heart Healthy) menu. Pollo Pomodoro Linguini (510 cal - whole wheat linguini with chicken, tomato, red onion, peppers, and tomato based sauce); Diet Coke
Snack: orange
D: I had dinner with the school board members this evening. The meal wasn't bad enough to justify hauling out my soup and turning up my nose at their meal. lemon roasted potato (2 slices, approx 1/2 c); steamed carrots, celery, onion, peppers; BBQ pork baby ribs (3 small ribs); diet cola I didn't eat dessert or garlic toast.
Snack: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 tsp butter, 3 oz steak (practically no protein in my lunch meal and not much meat at D), horseradish mustard; raw baby carrots and sugar snap peas; Green Mint Tea
Snack: 1.5 c FF lemon yogurt, 1/6 c granola; cinnamon; Green Mint Tea
I don't think all this diet cola was good for me and there was obviously a lot of sodium in what I ate today because my feet, ankles, legs feel like they're retaining fluid.
