It's the last day of November, just one month left in 2010! I'm going out to shovel snow in a few minutes. I have about an hour's worth of shoveling to do.
BF: oatmeal, 1/2 c FF Peach yogurt, cinnamon, 1/2 oz almonds; D'Anjou pear; Green Mint Tea
EXERCISE: shoveling snow!
L: steamed vegetables (broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower), Golden chicken (fried in batter with spicy sauce), Fortune cookie, Green Tea - @ Chinese restaurant with office staff for lunch, did not eat rice, ate 1/2 of the chicken dish and all the vegetables
D: home made soup, oatmeal, 1 c FF Peach yogurt, cinnamon, 1/2 oz almonds; apple; Green Mint Tea
Snack: Suisse Mocha coffee (30 cal) x 2
Snack: 2/3 c Raisin Bran with skim milk
