I have the Christmas pillows on my sofa now so another step towards Christmas. I have 5 containers of Penne & Seafood dinners in the freezer.
BF: oatmeal, 1/2 c FF Peach yogurt, cinnamon, 1/2 oz almonds; D'Anjou pear; Green Mint Tea
L: home made soup, 2 slices low sodium whole wheat bread, less than 2 Tbsp liver sausage; Green Mint Tea
EXERCISE: Shoveled snow - We're having a BIG storm here.
D: oatmeal, 1/2 c FF Peach yogurt, cinnamon, 1/2 oz almonds; 2 slices low sodium whole wheat toast with 2 Tbsp PB; Green Mint Tea
Snack: apple, 1 c skim milk; Suisse Mocha coffee
