It's only -10C outside today and they have cleared the walking path so I'd like to go for a walk this afternoon. Today is my cleaning and cooking day!
BF: oatmeal, 1/2 c FF Peach yogurt, cinnamon, 1/2 oz almonds; banana; Green Mint Tea
L: 2 slices low sodium whole wheat toast with Liver Sausage; Green Mint Tea
Snack: baby carrots; Suisse Mocha
Snack: D'Anjou pear; Suisse Mocha
D: 1 c whole wheat Penne with Seafood (EVOO, garlic, red onion, red chili pepper flakes, tarragon, paprika, bay leaves, 2 shrimp, 3 scallops, 2 salmon chunks, 2 mussels on half shell, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, peas, red bell pepper, parsley); Green Mint Tea
Snack: 1 slice low sodium whole wheat toast with less than 1 Tbsp butter; Green Mint Tea
