I'm off to a slow start this morning so it's a good thing that I had a long soak in a hot bubblebath last evening but I obviously should have gone to bed on time as I had planned to. The last day of May. Wow!

BF: 1 c FF lemon yogurt, 3/4 c strawberries, 1/3 D'Anjou Pear, 1/3 c granola, Green Mint Tea
L: 3 oz baked chicken breast, Thai Sweet Chili sauce, 1/3 orange bell pepper, 2 slices low fat high fibre bread, 1 c FF lemon yogurt with 1/3 c granola, Green Mint Tea
D: 2 slices low fat high fibre toast, 2 Tbsp PB, home made vegetable beef soup - and then I totally lost it - ice cream, date nut bread with butter, crackers & cheese - I had to drown the rest of the ice cream in the kitchen sink and crumble up the rest of the date nut bread and I felt horrible and defeated and I can't even understand what triggered this. It started out being extra hungry and deteriorated from there.
