BF: 1 c FF lemon yogurt, 1 c fresh strawberries, 1/3 c granola, coffee
L: 2 slices low fat high fibre toast, 1.2 oz jalapeno cheese, tomato; coffee
D: home made beef vegetable soup, 2 slices low fat high fibre bread, 2 chicken wieners, mustard, home made relish, coffee
Snacks: 1 slice low fat high fibre toast with 1 Tbsp PB, 14 grapes (that was all that were left so I finished them up), 1 c FF lemon yogurt, coffee
