I'm all ready to make this week a good one even though we have a lunch meeting this week and I'm away at a resort and conference center for two days. It seems like the challenges just keep coming.
Hi Julie, Are you getting the long weekend off to a great start?
Julie, I love that expression, "coffee date with God." The chores will wait for you. I think you have your priorities absolutely straight! Just when I think the storm is over it starts up again.
Hi Boston, Do you have any special plans for this weekend?
BF: 2/3 c Raisin Bran cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, Green Mint Tea
L: 2 slices low fat high fibre toast, 1.2 oz cheddar cheese, medium tomato; 1 c FF Lemon yogurt with 1/3 c granola; coffee
Snack: D'Anjou Pear
D: leftover Chinese chicken from freezer, 1 c brown rice, low sodium Soya sauce, asparagus; 10 grapes, 1 c lemon yogurt, coffee
EXERCISE: It has been pouring rain all day and my garden is drowning and I'm not likely going to do any exercise today.
