breakfast:
3 eggs whites
1 3/4 oz. slice cheddar cheese
2 slices ww toast
NO BUTTER
2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda
exercise:
3.2 mile walk outside
Lunch:
1 ww flat roll
2 slices shaved ham
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup rice
snack:
apple
6 cashews
dinner:
4 oz. grilled chicken breast
1 cup rice
1/2 cup pinto beans
3 corn tortillas
2 cups coffee w/milk and splenda
4 small squares of 72% chocolate
Thought, right now in my house I have the first of the Hallween Candy, I have tootsie pops, crunch, milky way, snickers, 3 muskateers etc... I am vowing NOT to eat a single candy, I'm sticking to my good chocolate and my coffee!! I owe that to myself!!!
