breakfast:
2 slices wg bread
2 tbsp pb/honey
1/2 lg banana
cinnamon
2 cups coffee w/milk
Lunch:
1 very tiny piece of pizza, kinda like the last one no one else wants, no cheese, no nothing
1 soft taco on a ww tortilla: w/
lettuce, tomato, 3/4 oz. cheese, 2 oz. meat (yes, I really do weigh it)
snack:
1 oz. walnuts
a handful cereal then washed it down with 1% milk
Dinner:
turkey wrap:
turkey, cheese, hummus, flax, tomato, lots of romain lettuce, ww tortilla
1 oz. tortilla chips
coffee w/1% milk
72% milk
