We do this on the 100+ board but I thought it looked like a LOT of us could use it over here too.... ANYONE can join!
So what you do is reply to this thread and set up some weekend goals that you would like to accomplish, it doesn't have to pertain to 'just' eating! Have a go at it, its very rewarding in the end!!

Julie's weekend goals...
1. Exercise Friday, Saturday and Sunday
but I did do LOTS of walking
2. Back to counting calories and be honest with my daily food menu, not going over 1700 a day! Didn't count calories but stayed within my limits and ate LOTS of fruit and fiber
3. Yardwork, I have been putting it off and it needs some TLC! YES, and I still have more to do when it cools down!!
4. before work today, I will take 1-1/2 hours to clean like a mad woman in the house Did it!
5. NO ICE-CREAM ... I did have My last bout with ice-cream on Friday but NONE on Sat or Sun
6. I did listen to Kath and tried on old clothes and boy they swam on me, I also tried on a pair of short shorts I had in my closet that fit and look and feel nice! that sure lifted my spirits and made me want it more! THANKS MY FRIEND KATH!!!
I feel good about my weekend, I did a LOT of things for myself, I bought myself some FitFlops (oprah's must haves for summer)
I absolutely LOVE them, you know I have bad feet and CANNOT wear regular flipflops so the money was SO worth it for me!
