October was a disaster for me, with MIL's passing. I have done nothing but gain weight lately.
It is time I start making some lasting changes. They may not be much to start with, but I have to start somewhere.
Starting weight - 259.6 I am starting this challenge a week early, but I don't want to wait until November 1st to get started.
1. NO EATING AFTER SUPPER
2. EXERCISE 15 MINUTES/DAY
That's it, that is my only challenge for the month of November. Come December, if I make it through this fairly well, I will add something new, but for now, it is slow and steady!!!!
WEEK ONE: Didn't do as well as planned!
But LOST!!! Weight: 254.2 - 5.4 LBS!!
WEEK TWO: Didn't get the exercise in, but did better than last week. Weight 253.2 - 1 LB
TOTAL LOST: 6.4 LBS.
WEEK THREE: ok, bad week because of holidays. Gained back weight. GOOD NEWs - didn't gain it all back. I am okay with that, and ready to begin again. Weight - 256 2.8 GAIN
WEEK FOUR - This is getting to be a very slow journey!!! Weight 255.6 - LOST .6 pounds
WEEK FIVE: - Didn't seem to do very well again this week, but the scale isn't showing that!! Weight 253.8 LOST 1.8 POUNDS!!!
