I am trying a day -to -day challenge for the weekend... sort of like One day at a Time! So just for today I am going to eat all the right things... milk, veggies, fruits, water, and I will get a one mile walk in at lunch.
Breakfast:
1 c. ff milk, 1 c. wheat chex, 2 c. coffee w/ ff cream and splenda
Snack:
apple
Lunch:
Big salad w/ turkey slices, lf dressing, pita
Snack:
pineapple chunks
Dinner:
not sure yet, something take out because of dance tonight
3 liters water, 1 mile walk
