Hi Sheila and Kim and all other Moms! Well it seems the sabotage continues! I had pizza for dinner (which wouldn't have been bad but I ate 3 pieces!) then this morning - I felt I almost HAD to - I had 2 donuts! Now, donuts have been on my mind alot lately and with TOM here I just wanted to get them out of the way and off my mind! Does that make sense? Now it is done and I will behave for the rest of the day! I think I am going to look into the Body for Life that Tania and Michele have been doing (streaker board friends). I went on the website and it all looks interesting and I think I may have all the weights I need in the basement to begin. I just have to committ to something and stick by it. I do my best when I am eating right AND exercising. I had a great month in June eating but didn't exercise. Will this cycle ever end???? p.s. Lyndsie was awful at drop off AGAIN!!
