Okay, here goes:

Breakfast:
oatmeal 2

Lunch:
bread 4
margarine 2
sugar free jam 0.5
blueberries 1.5

Dinner plan:
enchilada casserole 6 (first time trying this recipe..... thanks Kim ;) )
salad 0
dressing 1
milk 2

Snack plan:
shakers 2 (can't usually have just one) .... make that 3 points!
Also, had:
nectarine 1
2 plums 2
a glass of lemonade..... no idea how many points
