Hi gals,

I'm with you guys, I ate too much yesterday! I have to start doing something to get rid of this weight. I'm starting a healthier way of eating TODAY! I had a Nutrigrain bar, a banana, and a 16 oz water for breakfast. I'm also going to start walking today, that's one exercise that I can do with all the problems with my body lately.
