Hi Julie, Fighting those food feelings are really hard but I know you can do it. It's developing that habit of not giving in to the cravings that takes up a lot of our time but it's sure great when they stop. Karrie always says it takes three weeks to make that habit; I think it takes me more like six weeks to stop thinking about it. You have a lot on your "To Do" list. I hope your day is going great.

I did get a little work done in the house and I did go to the grocery store and buy enough to get me through to next weekend. I have not been getting groceries when I needed them on the weekend but I really needed them to set myself up for success. Now that I'm unwinding and relaxing at home I realize that I can hardly keep my eyes open. I guess last week tired me out. This week will be even busier so I am going to be careful about planning for success.

Have a good evening everyone.

Cheryl
