Hi everyone,

Just a quick check-in to say I got my "must do" jobs finished at my office and didn't manage to get away from work early although that was my hope. I brought oranges with me so that I could get my fruit in and have a healthy snack. I am tracking all my calories as best I can in MyFitnessPal but I'm afraid that I am in for a tough two weeks calorie wise. The menu here is steak or steak and the few alternatives are very high in fat and calories.
