Hi everyone, its good to see some posts since I last posted.  Hope you all are enjoying your day.

Carol, you sure did get a lot of exercise in while you were gone.  We have bought 2 watermelons and the first one was good but the second one has been really good.  I do love it when the fruit is at its peak like it is now.  I was thinking earlier today about how I am going to miss the good fruit when its gone.

Karrie, hope you have a good visit with your dad.  Sounds like you and your dh are as busy as ever.  My yds started a new job about 3 weeks ago.  Its at another call center type place. 

Donna, way to go on your loss last week and this week.  Fifty pounds is a wonderful loss. 

I just boiled some eggs because I want to make myself a salad.  I am also cooking pinto beans to have on hand for the next couple of days.  I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so it will help to have some things already cooked.  I didn't weigh myself last Sunday which was a mistake because I ended up doing bad on my eating Sat-Mon but got back on track on Tuesday.  I weighed myself this morning and I am down 5 pounds from 2 weeks ago.  Its really only a 4 pound loss because I had gained 1 pound two weeks ago.  I have lost 13.5 pounds since the last week in May.  I wish it would be more but I am going to be happy with any loss at this point in life.  Well gotta go make that salad and check on the beans.  I am going to use cucumbers and cherry tomatoes from the garden in my salad.  Take care everyone.  Don't know for sure if I will get to post tomorrow but will check in soon.
