Hello ladies! Happy Sunday! We are having a nice day at home. I did my walk at home from On Demand this morning, went to Mass, had a nice brunch afterwards at a neighborhood cafe (I got the veggie omelette, wheat toast, and substituted a fruit cup instead of my beloved home fries,) and now my husband and I are sitting on the couch and flipping between the World Cup and the Phillies game. I was a bit disspointed when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw just a 1 pound loss. I logically know that 1lb is still a good loss, especially after losing 7 pounds last week. Still, it messes with my head. I still worked hard all week with food and exercise...does that mean I have to work that much harder? It's silly and I'm okay with it now...I was putting in my food intake on MyFitnessPal and updated my weight: I lost 50 pounds since I started logging in of June 2013. I will take that! I am only 9 lbs away from my lowest point in October 2013. Overall, I would like to lose 100 more pounds. Technically for my height I should be 170, but as a goal I am setting it at 200 for now. After losing 50, that 100 doesn't seem that daunting anymore! I got this . I texted my weigh in to the BL leader, but I have to wait until tonight to see where I stand. It's been a great motivator and support (we have a secret Facebook page to post.)

Boston: you're so sweet to even think about sharing! Sounds like you are busy with all that cleaning and cooking...cleaning is great exercise, so is gardening!

Karrie: thanks for missing me, I missed you too and thought about you and your dad. You are such a kind hearted, unselfish, and giving person! Your good soul shines through your posts! You're a great daughter, wife, and neighbor. Try not to get too wrap up in your neighbor's drama and just do what you do out of the kindness of your heart. You inspire me to be a better person.

Carol: wow, you certainly kept active on your trip! Glad you are getting caught up on some rest.

Have a great day....I'll check back later!
