Hi everyone,

Sorry I have been MIA lately, just haven't really been putting much effort into anything. Not much is new, staying busy with work, but other than that nothing really. I have started trying to take walks again. For the last 5 days I have been trying to get in 15 minutes per day. My foot is getting better, so I hope to be able to start walking longer distances before too long.

Tomorrow I hope to come back, so I will read backwards tomorrow hopefully.
