Hello again! Just finished the front yard, omg, that was a major workout in the heat, I was dripping sweat in sweat literally seeing it drip off my face and burning my eyes! but I stuck it out and its done, now I am going to water the back yard plants and veggies and then get in here to do some damage on the house! 

Boston, Juicing: there are so many pro's and cons about it, I wouldn't do it for every meal, I'm doing it for breakfast with a handful of almonds, I use a slow juicer so it takes out all the fiber the thing is, I get all the vitamins and minerals into my blood stream instantly and that is the good part, so I still need to eat/chew veggies and fruit to get my fiber but I am totally liking the juicing, ok the other thing is you don't want to juice much fruit or too much high sweet veggies, stick to more veggies ,example of mine this morning ...

1 large handful baby spinach
1 med. cucumber
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
3 stalks of kale
1 sm. apple
1/4 lemon w/the rind
and a little handful of parsley

Now for lunch I am planning on a nice big salad, so that will be my eating chewing fiber, along with some brown rice, and seeds! When Pat gets home from work he wants me to make him a juice, so I will probably drink a small glass, the thing is too, I go to the farmers market on Saturdays to buy my veggies and if I run out there is another one on wednesdays near my house, plus we are doing a garden and Tiffs Dad has a MAJOR garden, some say its expensive, I say steak and fast food and all the other junk we put in our carts get expensive, I feel so much better already, much more energy and not so sluggish! Do you have a juicer? 

ok, off to water the garden in the back, the car will be washed tonight when the sun goes down!!!!!
