Good morning all,

Just getting ready to go for a drive and go visit, but thought I would pop on first. I did good this week according to the scale, with a total loss of 1.3 pounds. Hey, I am happy with that, no not quite sure how that happened yet!

I think today I am going to find time to exercise though, just 5 minutes and the step board. My knees are feeling pretty good now, so I think that is what I should try to strengthen first. Also, now that I cleaned up my office, I think there is enough room to exercise in here, and I have a DVD player on my TV. I may get more use out of that than the treadmill. We will see. I am going to take it slowly.

My goal this week is to try to drink 2 cups of water before each meal, and to cut back to 5 'meals' (regular and mini) per day, to try to help stabilize my diabetes.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling so much going to visit you dad Karrie, but glad to hear that you had a nice visit with your friends. Is there any option of the family getting together and buying your dad a new TV possibly? They seem so ridiculously cheap here these days, compared to a few years ago.

Well, I had better go and get ready. Work wise today I have emptied two kitchen drawers. I bought storage containers yesterday, and I am going to start storing stuff in containers, that we don't use all the time. I also want to sort through my paperwork and organize into categories or filing/storage (seeing as I have Safety/Accounting/and processes that I work on), and I need to get some more ready for the meetings this week. I did have a productive day yesterday and felt good about that!
