my power cereal bowl
1 cup coffee w/milk and sugar

lunch:
1 homemade tamale (one of the kids Mom brought it to me today, I could NOT say NO to my favorite mexican food ever)

snack:
1 oz. almonds

dinner:
chicken chili (made with cauliflower for the sauce YUM)
1 oz. tortialla chips

2 cups coffee w/ milk and sugar
